We ship most Tuesdays and Thursdays from one of Canada's few floating post offices. Canadian orders are shipped using Xpress Post
or Expedited Parcel, depending on size. US orders are shipped using
Expedited Parcel only. International orders will be shipped by mail
using the least expensive method offering tracking status. |
| If you wish to have your purchase shipped using a different service please place your order, then contact us by email to discuss options and costs to upgrade your delivery.

| Return Policy: |
If you purchase a product and are not completely satisfied within 10 days of receipt date you may call us to send it back for a refund, less the shipping charge. The original receipt needs to be sent back with it for the return to be accepted. The product has to be in
as as good condition as when received. If a product is sent back and found NOT to be in re-salable condition, we will be unable to credit your account. All returned items are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
