The Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement is a non-profit organization specializing as a clearing house for all information and help in pet bereavement. They host several online chat rooms weekly where dedicated volunteers moderate conversations where people can meet with other recently bereaved pet owners to express their grief amongst peers. I participated in these chat rooms for a couple of months after Kayla passed away (my chocolate lab that was the catalyst for pet mementos). They can be found at:
