HOW TO ORDER

Ordering a pet memento is simple and there are just 3 simple steps.

1) Place your order. Click on the shopping button to the left. You will be transferred to Serendipity by Carol’s shopping cart. Select the colour you wish your custom pet memento(s) to be created in, select an optional upgrade to silver chain or cord (if desired) and complete the checkout process.

2) Prepare the cremains. Each pendant I create will require approximately ¼ tsp of crematory ash from your pet (or a small tuft of fur can be substituted). Place the ash (or fur) in a small jewelry-sized ziplock baggie and LABEL THIS WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER and PET’S NAME. If you wish, you may also include a photo of your pet and a little bit about him/her. I enjoy learning a little about the pet I am honoring and focus on that pet as I am building the pendant. Place this information, along with a printed copy of your completed order in a padded envelope and mail it to us.

Custom pendants take 1-2 weeks to create after receipt of ashes. We will email you on arrival of ashes and also when we mail your order.
